The bed was big and room was recently refurbished & spotless. The location was marvellous, a short way from old town. One of the dining options, Lucka, was 5 mins walk away😀

The newly renovated room was great, with central heating, coffee/tea making machines, and a work desk. the location was perfect, just a short walk to Kranjska Gora.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met the purpose, would recomand it. Everything was great, really enjoyed our really nice stay. The staff was welcoming and very nice providing assistance. The room was big, it had a fridge, an individual safe, and tea and coffee making equipment. Toast and bread were better than expected...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not very friendly.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - it was very close to the town centre, making it easy to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and professional, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. And lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I required, including a nice bathroom with bath.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was great during my stay.
